· I understand that instructions are given for my safety and agree to follow instructions given to me by staff and instructors at the riding school.

I understand it is my choice whether or not I wear a body protector. I understand that I must wear gloves when leading or riding horses at the centre.

· I understand that children are at particular risk around horses and agree that I will keep any children that I am responsible for, under close supervision when they are not being instructed by the riding school.
· I understand that the riding school may refuse my request to ride for safety and operational reasons.
· WCRS reserves the right to change instructors where necessary. The Centre endeavours not to do this but on occasion, it cannot be avoided. I may request a change of instructor if I wish.
· While we cannot guarantee specific requests for horses, we will always try, but it does depend on other bookings and the horses workload that day. Suitable horses/ponies are allocated according to your height, weight & ability.
· WCRS reserves the right to measure your height & weight and check it is correct on your ECPro account. We have a weight limit of 13stone.
